Can the Smartphone market sustain all the different platforms that currently exist or will the platforms be forced to converge? The most common view is that the platforms with the most applications will survive. Although, I tend to agree with that view, I think there will be another factor.
Microsoft gave a preview of IE9 to developers at PDC today. Microsoft has only been working on IE9 for a few weeks, so don’t expect this thing out anytime soon. However, the preview is boasting improved performance and standards compliance. Check out the details at the official IE Blog.
But seriously, for those who don’t know, Bing is Microsoft’s latest search engine and it’s been live since June 1, 2009. According to Camscore, Bing now has 9.90% of US Searches. Google has increased to 65.4% while Yahoo is still declining at 18%. If you’ve tried Bing, please share your thoughts…
